Submitted adoption notifications

Check notifications that have been submitted to BDM

Under Adoption in the top menu, select Submitted to view a list of all notifications your organisation has submitted to BDM.

Once you submit the form, you can't go back to edit it, so check everything is correct before submitting.
To correct an error, contact us.
